These are the cutest little treats! Pie pops are a small pie serving on a stick; a yummy individual portion with less mess! They are perfect for parties, and have become increasing popular as a unique wedding reception dessert.
After drooling over some of these pie pop recipes, I’ve realized that they are actually quite easy to make; just replace your pie pan with popsicle sticks (found in the baking aisle at most craft stores). I’m also digging this idea for a bridal shower or luncheon. You’re only limited by the cookie cutter shapes you can find! Consider dressing them up a bit with colorful icing, sugar, cinnamon, or sprinkles. These mini pie recipes also make for awesome little treats.
